We are totally self-contained, with tables, backdrop, sound system and microphone, so you don't need to provide anything except one standard power outlet. We arrive, you point us in the right direction, and we are set!
We can perform our program under most conditions. A minimum of about 6 feet deep by 10 feet wide is necessary. Programs can be presented on a stage, or on a gym floor, or even the cafeteria or media center.
We like to arrive one hour before the performance start time. This gives us time to sign in at the office, look over the performance space, and then unload and set up. But keep in mind, we can set up in 30 minutes if necessary. After the program, we need about 20 minutes to tear down.
No deposit is necessary. We confirm all programs with a simple written performance agreement, and an invoice. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, payment is due the day of the performance. We accept checks and credit cards, and we can also work with purchase orders.
Yes, we find that if you are doing an evening program, the attendance will be much greater if we do an afternoon teaser performance of 20 - 30 minutes. The teaser is very reasonably priced, and will help insure a good turnout to the evening program.
